The Canterbury way of life
In 2017, eight months pregnant with my second child, I purchased latitude, with the aim to build on 12 years of delivering a great local read to Canterbury households.
With an office in Ashburton and one in North Canterbury (it’s more like the corner of my living room) our aim every two months is to share the places, businesses and personalities that make Canterbury so unique – a beautifully executed insight into Canterbury’s way of life.
We put our heart and soul into what we do and delight in hearing how much latitude means to our readers, and those they share it with. We simply couldn’t do it without them, our advertisers and supporters.
In late 2023 I made the decision to merge with CountryWide Media. Combining Sarah Perriam-Lampp’s decade of experience and passion for video and podcast and my decade of expertise in niche market publishing and print; CountryWide Media is dynamic and formidable media operation when it comes to understanding audiences, content delivery and marketing. The combined knowledge of print and digital offerings – including podcasts, video and content production – allows us to ensure we are delivering exciting digital and multimedia platforms from which our clients can leverage their stories.
Beyond our day-to-day running of
